Blended and bottled in the heart of Cava country, located in wine region of Requena, famous for some of the best sparkling wines in the world. Provocativo is a sparkling wine made using the traditional champagne method. This method takes selected Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes through a second fermentation that happens within the bottle.
